FEEDING HILLS – Agnes G. Nigro, 93, formerly of Southwick Street died Friday in a local nursing home. Agnes was born and raised in Enfield, CT and has lived in Feeding Hills for the past 15 years. She worked for the State of Connecticut for 31 year as a Data Clerk and was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church in Enfield. She leaves a sister Rose T. Cavanaugh of Feeding Hills; niece Terese O'Neil and her husband Daniel, nephews Richard Gendreau and his wife Joan Sorgi Gendreau and Michael Chemelowski and his wife Touch; and five great nieces and nephews Samantha and Victoria Gendreau, Paige and Summer O'Neil and Kerry Chemelowski. Agnes was predeceased by a brother Modestino Nigro and sister Antoinette Olivo. Family and friends are invited to meet at St. Patrick's Church, Pearl Street Enfield Thursday at 10:00am for the Liturgy of Christian Burial followed by burial in St. Adalbert's Cemetery.
