Alfred L. Bouchard, 80, passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Born in Springfield, son of the late Lawrence J. and Mary J. (Davilli) Bouchard, he was a lifelong resident of Agawam and a graduate of Agawam High School. Alfred worked for Danaher Tool for forty years, retiring in 2004. He was a fan of NASCAR, a jokester and enjoyed attending his grandchildren’s different activities. He was predeceased by a brother, Lawrence D. Bouchard in 2023. He leaves his wife of sixty years, Janet M. (Moran) Bouchard, two daughters and their husbands, Kimberly A. and Patrick McDonnell of Feeding Hills, Deborah J. and Ronald Picnia of Holland, MA, four grandchildren, Kirsten McDonnell, Cortney McDonnell, Ashlee Picnia, Kyle McDonnell and his many fur babies.
