Anisteen Robinson

1933 – 2017

CHICOPEE – Pastor Anisteen (Reed) Robinson, 84, died Saturday in a Chicopee nursing home surrounded by her loving family.  Anisteen was born in Yazoo, MI and came to the Springfield area in 1950.  She was a 35-year social worker for the State of Mass. retiring in 1995.  She was predeceased by her husband Franklin Robinson Sr. and leaves five children Ronald, Franklin, Jackalyn, Estazzia Robinson and Sharie Moorehouse and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.  The funeral will be held in the Bethlehem Baptist Community Church, 304 Elm Street, Holyoke Friday at 11:00am followed by burial in Forestdale Cemetery.  A visiting hour will be held at the church prior to the service from 10-11:00am.
