Anita M. (Avery) Guzman, 82, died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Anita was born in Canada, the daughter of Charles and Yvonne (Couture) Avery. She grew up in Agawam and has lived in West Springfield for the past 53 years. Her husband Felipe M. Guzman died in 1999. She leaves three daughters Sandra Fredette, Debra Stewart and Diana Marshall and her husband Chet; her siblings Doris Bishop, Donald, Roger and Paul Avery; five grandchildren Leah Benda, Johanna Sweet, Philip and Chrissy Stewart and Michael Fredette and four great grandchildren Elise, Isaac, Asher and Micah. The Memorial Service will be held Saturday March 19th at 1 pm at Word of Grace Church, 848 North Road, Westfield. Private burial in Hillcrest Park Cemetery.
