Ann Hurley

1970 – 2025

Springfield – Ann (McKenzie) Hurley, 54, died peacefully Monday morning surrounded by her loving family.  Ann was born in Chicago, the daughter of the late William and Isabel (Smith) McKenzie, and moved to Springfield at an early age.  She worked as an Insurance Representative for Health New England.  Her husband John F. Hurley III died in 2001.  She leaves two sons John F.  Hurley IV and Joshua Hurley; a sister Julie Psilakis and her husband George, sister-in-law Gipssy McKenzie and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Besides her parents, Ann was predeceased by a brother Crawford McKenzie. Visiting hours will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Tuesday, Feb. 18th beginning at 10:00am and concluding with a funeral home service at 11:00am.  For online condolences please visit curranjones.com.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
