Anna R. O'Malley DeFlorio
1913 – 2016

FEEDING HILLS – Anna R. (Grimaldi) O'Malley DeFlorio, 103, entered into eternal rest on Saturday in a local nursing home. Anna was born in Feeding Hills, daughter of the late Peter and Margaret (Bruno) Grimaldi, she lived in Feeding Hills, New Jersey, California, and Housic Falls, NY before moving back to Feeding Hills in 1990. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church. Her first husband, John T. O'Malley died in 1990 and her second husband, Joseph DeFlorio died in 1998. She leaves two sisters, Minnie Sagan and Rose Johnson both of Agawam, a step-daughter and her husband, Linda and Robert Williams of Silver Springs, MD, several nieces and nephews, including James and Cheryl Bruno. Anna also leaves her special friends, Laurie and David Hutton and the Mansfield Family. She was predeceased by a step-daughter, Barbara Gorsen, two brothers, Nicholas and Leo Grimaldi, and three sisters, Mary Giordano, Nancy Bruno and Clara Lorenzotti. The funeral will be Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 8:30am from the AGAWAM CURRAN-JONES FUNERAL HOME, 745 Cooper Street with a Mass in Sacred Heart Church at 10.
