Anne Kerr Packard, 91, died Monday, March 27, 2017, at Bethany Health Care Center in Framingham, MA.  She had previously lived in Agawam, Pittsfield and Needham MA.  She was predeceased by her husbands, Arthur Kerr and Donald Packard, and her sister, Ruth Monsees.  Anne was born on 2 October, 1925, in Dover NH, to E.Dean and Alice J. (Mercer) Nelson.  She attended Dover public schools, graduated from Northfield Mt. Herman School, and attended UNH.  She was a member for many years of St. David's Episcopal Church in Agawam. Anne is survived by her children, Linda (Ron) Turcotte of Holliston; Susan (Bob) Halloran of Framingham; David (Marilyn) Kerr, Peter (Anna) Kerr, both of Needham;  Bruce Kerr of Agawam.  She also leaves her stepchildren:  Vivian Packard Dorsel of Richmond; Sandra Packard Bushey (Edward) of Lanesborough; Tenia Packard Bannock of Athens OH; Jerome Packard (Carol) of Champaign IL; Daniel Packard (Catherine) of Lanesborough; Paul D. Packard of N. Providence RI; Mario J. Packard of Bakersfield CA; Perry A. Packard of San Jose CA. She is also survived by five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren., three nieces, and three nephews. Arrangements have been made by Curran Jones Funeral Home in Agawam.  Funeral services will be private.  In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Sisters of St. Joseph, c/o Mission Advancement, 637 Cambridge St., Brighton MA 02135.
