Antoni Baszak, 96, entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 4, 2022.  Born in Wojutycze, Lwow, Poland, son of the late Stanley and Catherine Baszak, he emigrated to the United States in 1950 and came to Suffield, CT where he worked on the tobacco farms.  He moved to Feeding Hills in 1955.  He worked in the farm labor camps in Germany during World War II as a prisoner.  Antoni worked as a fork lift operator for Strathmore Paper Company for forty-eight years.  He loved working around his home and especially enjoyed and was known for the beautiful garden that he tended at his home for many years.  He leaves his wife of sixty-seven years, Florence E. "Betty" (Greco) Baszak and a son, Gary F. Baszak of Feeding Hills.  He was predeceased by two sons, Mark A. Baszak in 2008 and Steven C. Baszak in 2014.  Relatives and friends are invited to a Funeral Mass on Monday, July 11, 2022 at 10am at Sacred Heart Church, 1061 Springfield Street followed by burial in Springfield Street Cemetery, both in Feeding Hills.
