Antonios J. Benerakis of Pleasant Drive died Friday. Antonio was born in West Springfield and later moved to Feeding Hills. He was a Window Display Manager at Two Guys and an Asst. Manager of Woolworths and eventually opened his own sign business, Ben's Art & Sign. Antonio served in the U.S. Air Force and served in the Army of Occupation in WWII. He was awarded the Victory Medal. He leaves his wife of 60 years Clarice I. Benerakis, also a son Robert Benerakis and his wife Tracy of Easthampton, a daughter Charlene Labrecque and husband Robert of Belchertown, a sister Stella Wilhelmi of Granby, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was predeceased by three brothers, Thomas, William and James. Calling hours at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home will be Tuesday from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
