Bernard H. Farber, 78, entered into eternal rest on Monday, September 15, 2025 at home. Born in Springfield, son of the late Frederick and Lucy (Forgette) Farber, he lived in Agawam most of his life and was a 1965 graduate of Agawam High School. Bernard had worked for the railroad, Bookers Automotive, drove for Midas, was the pit crew chief for # 21 Modified, a member of the Brothers of the Third Wheel motorcycle club and he also painted and worked on the Boss Hog. He also enjoyed fishing, monster truck shows, wrestling and motorcycling. He leaves his wife of fifty years, Angeline M. (Westover) Farber, two sons and their wives, Paul J. and Deborah Farber of Northbridge, Robert L. and Michelle Bodley of Ludlow, four daughters, Deena J. Peters of Springfield, Jody A. Farber of Enfield, Karen R. Farber of Feeding Hills, Mandy L. and her husband Lance Watson of East Longmeadow, twelve grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends. The funeral will be Friday at 11am at the AGAWAM CURRAN JONES FUNERAL HOME, 745 Cooper Street followed by burial in Springfield Street Cemetery. Calling hours are Thursday from 4-7pm.
