Betty Louise (Mieg) Dzwonkoski, 86, entered into eternal rest on Friday, November 27, 2015 in Holyoke Medical Center. Born in New York, she was the daughter of the late Johann and Ella (Frischnet) Mieg. She lived in South Hadley for many years. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Francis "Chub" Dzwonkoski, and a brother, William Mieg who was from Turners Falls. She leaves a brother, John Mieg of Oxford, MA, a sister, Carol Mieg Volpe of South Hadley, and nieces and nephews, Patricia LaPointe of South Hadley, Steven and Patricia Mieg of Newport, NH, Rhonda and Manuel Vargas of Belchertown, Tina and Robert Gates of South Hadley, Diana and Ryan Adamson of Woodbury, NJ, and numerous grandnieces and grandnephews. Next summer when Betty's beloved daylilies are in bloom, the family will hold a garden party at her home, Pond Hill, so her friends can remember her among the flowers she loved best.
