Brenda S. (LaDouceur) Landauer, 64, entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 7, 2026 surrounded by her family at home. Born in Holyoke, daughter of the late Armand and Neoma (Brewer) LaDouceur, she grew up in Easthampton and was a 1979 graduate of Easthampton High School. She moved to West Springfield in 1986. Brenda had worked in the West Springfield School System for over thirty years, retiring as the Cafeteria Manager from the high school. She was a member of the West Springfield Horseshoe League, the past president of the West Springfield Food Association and loved camping. She was predeceased by her first husband, Steven L. Gaudette in 2000 and her second husband, Thomas J. Landauer in 2025. She was also predeceased by a brother, Kenneth Allen, and two sisters, Carol Choinere and Sheila Allen. She leaves two sons, Steven L. Gaudette, Randy W. Gaudette, a daughter and her husband, Jessica M. and Jason A. Caron all of West Springfield, a brother, Richard Allen of Granby, MA, four grandchildren, Savannah Caron, Liliana Gaudette, Courtney Caron, Wesley Gaudette and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Calling hours are Friday, August 14, 2026 from 3-6pm at Curran Jones Funeral Home, 109 Main Street followed by a Funeral Home Service at 6pm. The burial is private.
