Obituary

Brian Keith Misco, 56, of West Springfield, Massachusetts, peacefully entered eternal rest on October 17, 2023. He was born on October 12, 1967, in Springfield, Massachusetts. Brian was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and uncle. Brian was well liked by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. He had a friendly personality, a great sense of humor, and a terrific smile that could light up a room. He will be fondly remembered for his warm and welcoming nature. Brian had a wide range of interests and hobbies. He was a huge fan of Sci-Fi and had a special love for Star Wars. He enjoyed playing card and board games and was an amateur computer buff, falling in love with home computers in the 80s. However, his true passion was music. Brian had an eclectic taste and enjoyed everything from "Weird Al" to "Pink Floyd." His all-time favorite was "The Beatles" and their albums, "White Album" and "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart Club band".  Brian is survived by his wife, Kelly Beth (Gannon) Misco, and their four children: Seranas Misco of Tucson, Arizona; Cameron Richard Misco and Zachary Keith Misco, both of West Springfield, Massachusetts; and Mm Joshua Aaron Misco, currently serving in the Navy in Japan. He is also survived by his parents, Richard J Misco and Maryann P (Chalero) Misco, of Springfield, Massachusetts. Brian's sister, Jana-Marie (Misco) Fialho, and her husband, Manuel E Fialho, of Ludlow, Massachusetts, as well as his two brothers, Craig William Misco of Springfield and Daniel Michael Misco and his wife, Susan Bacchiocchi Misco, of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, also survive him. Brian leaves behind two nephews, Tomas I Fialho and Jacob M Fialho, and one niece, Evelyn Misco. Family was very important to Brian. He was proud of his four children and loved them with all his heart. A church service will be held on November 15, 2023, at Saint Catherine of Siena, located at 1023 Parker St., Springfield, MA 01129. The service will begin at 11am. Burial will be private at a later date. Brian will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
