Bruce Edward Ruddock, 63, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Baystate Medical Center. Born in Springfield, our beloved brother was preceded in death by his sister Judith and her husband Karol Krayeski, his brother David, and his loving parents Stephen and Alice (Hickland) Ruddock. Bruce is survived by his sisters: Barbara Link and her husband Douglas of Sarasota, Florida; Linda Ruddock of Wilbraham; Maryalice and her husband Rick of Chicopee; his brother Mark of Southwick;  nieces and nephews: Scott, Karen, Cheryl, Cathy, Brian, Michael, Stephen, Amy, Kerri, Christopher, Alexander, Samantha, Jennifer, Joshua, and their families.  Bruce was supported throughout his life by an extended family at Pathlight, Inc (formerly The Association for Community Living). He enjoyed bowling, summer camp in Westfield, vacations with his roommates, and dates with a very special friend. Bruce loved spending time with his family, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas. He resided on Herrman St in West Springfield and was loved by his housemates and caretakers. He was a sweet, sweet person and will be missed by all that knew him.
