Carlo DiSanti, 86, passed away Thursday at Mercy Medical Center. He was born in Fano, Italy, where he worked as an electrician and plumber and was a member of the Italian Army. He came to the United States where he worked as a welder and was known to fix anything. Carlo enjoyed spending time with his family at home as well as eating good food, working on his tractors and gardening with his wife Anna. He loved watching sports (mostly soccer) and Westerns. He loved to be outside and keeping active. He leaves his wife Anna (Manna) DiSanti, three children Marina DiSanti of Feeding Hills, Daniel DiSanti and his wife Lori of Russell and Stefano DiSanti Agawam, a brother Silvio DiSanti and his wife Rosanna of Italy, six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, his close family friends the Paquette family of Agawam and several nieces, nephews and other family members. The funeral will be Tuesday at 9:00 am from the Agawam Curran-Jones Funeral Home followed by Mass in St. John's Church at 10:00 am. Burial in St. Thomas Cemetery.
