WEST SPRINGFIELD – Carmella M. (Donnaruma) Wagner, 90, died Thursday in a local nursing home. Carmella was born in West Springfield and has been a lifelong resident. She was a retired Sales Clerk for Party World and the former Steiger's Department Store. She leaves her husband Francis "Peanuts" Wagner; a niece Patricia Donaruma-Williford and her husband Everett; a nephew John Donaruma and his wife Sara and several loving great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her two brothers Alfred and Ernest. The funeral will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Tuesday at 8:30 with Liturgy in St. Thomas the Apostle Church at 10:00am followed by burial in the Massachusetts Veteran's Memorial Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held prior to the Mass from 8:30 – 9:30. For more details please visit curranjones.com.
