Carol A Renaldi, 85, died on Wednesday August 12 ^th , 2020 with her family by her side. Carol was born in Fitchburg, daughter of the late Wilfred "Bill" and Mary (Buja) Goodchild. Carol was a devoted family woman who loved to travel, crochet, cook, entertain and spend time with her beloved dogs Milo and Mini. Carol is predeceased by her parents, her brothers Bill and John Goodchild and her sons Dennis and Duane Jr. Carol leaves behind her beloved husband of 69 years Duane Sr. of Chicopee, her sons; Vincent of Montana and Lawrence of North Carolina, daughters; Gina Renaldi of North Carolina and Nancy Theriault of Agawam, a brother, James and wife Sandra of Fitchburg, 14 Grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and many other nieces and nephews. Carol cared deeply for her family and was devoted to caring for her son Duane Jr. for over 50 years.   She was a longtime member of the Moose Club Women's Group in Chicopee.  A funeral service will be held for Carol at the West Springfield Curran-Jones on Wednesday August 19 ^th at 9:30 am. Burial will follow the service at the Mass Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
