South Hadley – Carole E. (Hinds) Cole, 56, of Dale Street died Monday in Holyoke Medical Center surrounded by her family. Carole was born in Springfield, grew up in the Pine Point Section and lived on Manchester Terrace before moving to South Hadley last year. She worked as a waitress and manager for various restaurants in the Springfield area. She leaves her husband of 37 years John E. Cole; four brothers Larry, Richard, Brian and Jason; five sisters Susan Hamilton, Laurie Peltier, Cynthia Haber, Pamela Hauser and Darlene Salloum. She was predeceased by four siblings Mark, David and Steve Hinds and Cathy Smith. The funeral will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Friday at 11am with burial at the convenience of the family. For online condolences please visit curranjones.com.
