Carolyn T. (Pyzik) Mokan, 82, entered into eternal rest on Friday, November 28, 2025 at Baystate Medical Center.  Born in Holyoke, daughter of the late Leon and Bertha (Matikowsi) Pyzik, she grew up in Springfield and went to Commerce High School.  Carolyn moved to Agawam in 1979 and was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church.  She was the last surviving member of her family.  Her husband, Donald A. Mokan died in 2009.  She was also pre-deceased by her brother, Leon Pyzik and her sister, Patricia Seavey.  She leaves a daughter and her husband, Lynnette A. and Bruce Tyler of Longmeadow, a son and his wife, Kenneth A. and Kathryn Mokan of El Cajon, CA, and her five "precious" grandchildren, Amanda, Bruce, Leelle and Lyssa Tyler and Gracie Mokan. Calling hours are Friday, December 5, 2025 from 11-12noon at the AGAWAM CURRAN JONES FUNERAL HOME, 745 Cooper Street with a Funeral Home Service at 12noon.
