Carolyn L. (Pettazoni) Nascembeni, 78, died peacefully at Baystate Medical Center on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.  Carolyn was born in Springfield on December 22, 1947.  She leaves her husband, Wayne L. Nascembeni, three children, Tony (Tina), Scotty, Tracey Mitchell (Scott), her siblings, Shirley Cassavaugh and Linda Smith, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
