Cesare R. Ferrari, 92, entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 21, 2026. Born in Springfield, son of the late Cesare and Louise (Forni) Ferrari, he grew up in West Springfield and was a lifelong resident. Ninety-two years of life, love, wisdom, strength, and beautiful memories. Cesare gave so many wonderful years to those who loved him, and for that, we will be forever grateful.

Cesare was a well respected businessman throughout his many years. He was self-employed in tile work, owned and cared for properties, and proudly worked as a plowman for the City of West Springfield. He was a hardworking man who took great pride in all that he accomplished throughout his life.

Cesare cherished the time he spent with his close friends, who became family to him. He especially loved gathering together, sharing stories, and enjoying his favorite dishes during the holidays and on his birthday. He loved talking about his life experiences, the things he had accomplished, and the many memories he had collected throughout his 92 years.

There are so many beautiful memories of Cesare, so many lives he touched, and so many pieces of his legacy that will continue to live on in all of us. Every little thing will carry a memory of you, your stories, your strength, your laughter, and the mark you left on the people fortunate enough to know and love you.

Cesare was predeceased by his beloved wife, Carol J. (Beauchamp) Ferrari, in 2020.

He leaves behind two dear friends who were like family to him, Marisol Morales of West Springfield and Zenobia Merowicz of Springfield.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026, from 6:00–7:00 p.m. at Curran Jones Funeral Home, 109 Main Street, West Springfield, followed by a Funeral Home Service at 7:00 p.m.

Rest peacefully, Cesare. Your life, your memories, and your legacy will forever remain in our hearts.
