Christian M. Quatrone, 43, died Monday in Mercy Medical Center. He was born in Holyoke, son of Ronald and Nancy Quatrone. Chris was a member of the Agawam City Council and Agawam Democratic City Committee, serving as Chairperson from 2014 to 2016. He was a State Auditor under Joseph Denucci and served on the committee to elect Linda J. Melconian. He holds a MS in International Studies from Central Connecticut State University and a BA in History and Government from Western New England University. Chris leaves his husband Glen Quatrone, his mother Nancy Quatrone and his two beloved Westies Natasha and Boris. He was predeceased by his father in 2000. The funeral service will be Friday at 11 am at the Agawam Curran-Jones Funeral Home. Rabbi Jerome Gurland will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Springfield Street Cemetery.
