Christopher A. Granger, 73 passed away on December 3, 2025. He was born on September 9, 1952 in Springfield, MA to the late Jerrold and Joan (Shea) Granger. Chris was a 1970 graduate of West Springfield High School. After graduation he went into business as a machinist with his father owning Northern Associates. Chris was a family man, who in his spare time loved tackling different building and DIY projects. He also enjoyed dining out, traveling and watching the Patriots on Sunday. His favorite place to be was at his home in Lake Winnepasaukee with his family and friends. He also was a snowbird, who wintered down in Florida once he retired. Chris was recently predeceased by his loving wife Beverly on October 13, 2025. He leaves his daughters Lindsay Theriaque and her husband Allan of West Springfield and Jillian VidaNova and her husband Sergio of Myakka City, FL, his grandchildren Taytum Theriaque, Sandra VidaNova, Gio VidaNova, Charlie VidaNova, Parker Theriaque, Evelyn VidaNova and Lourenço VidaNova. He leaves two brothers, John (Nancy) Granger of West Springfield, Jerry (Cathy) Granger of FL, two sisters, Sandra (Skip) Grant of FL, and Elaina O'Brien of FL, along with many nieces and nephews and their families. Chris was also predeceased by his brother Charles Granger, his brother-in-law Jack O Brien, and sister-in-law Helene Granger. Calling hours will be held Tuesday December 9, 2025 from 4-6pm with a ceremony directly following at Curran Jones Funeral Home, 109 Main St. West Springfield.
