Cody Michael Soden, aged 27, of Agawam, MA, passed away on September 8, 2023, in Springfield. Born on October 2, 1995, in Springfield, MA, Cody was the beloved son of Sheileen. Cody will be remembered as a devoted and caring individual, always putting his family above all else. He possessed a remarkable sense of humor that brought joy to those around him. His loving nature extended to his role as a father to his children, Kai Michael and Silas. Cody's siblings Shannon, Tyler, and Stephanie were dear to his heart as well as the mother of his son and his soulmate, Carli, His strong family ties were further emphasized by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. He also leaves his loving grandparents, Fred, Doreen and Jef. Cody's love for adventure was evident through his BMX bike riding, skate boarding, and snow boarding. Services to honor Cody's life will be held at the AGAWAM CURRAN JONES FUNERAL HOME, 745 Cooper Street on Friday, Sept. 15, 2023 from 12-3pm. The burial will follow in Agawam Center Cemetery. Family, friends, and loved ones are invited to gather and pay their respects to Cody. Following the cemetery service, all are invited to the West Springfield Fish and Game Club, 329 Garden Street, Agawam.
