AGAWAM – Dale A. Mushrush, 83, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.  Born in Erie, Pennsylvania, son of the late Luman G. and Esther C. (Forsythe) Mushrush, he lived in Agawam since 1967.  Before his retirement, Dale was a professional baker for area bakeries.  He was an avid sports fan, especially college football, including the Alabama College Football team, NASCAR and the University of Connecticut Girls Basketball team.  He leaves his wife of sixty-six years, Alma L. (Scott) Mushrush, three daughters and their husbands, Kimberly and Robert Hurley, Alice and James Couture all of Agawam, Suellen and John Mrzyglod of Chicopee, a son-in-law, James Courtney of Springfield, a sister, Vicki Page of Erie, PA, nine grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.  He was predeceased a daughter, Cheryl Courtney in 2016 and a brother, Clark Mushrush.  The funeral will be Saturday at 10am at the AGAWAM CURRAN JONES FUNERAL HOME, 745 Cooper Street followed by burial in Agawam Center Cemetery.
