Danielle L. Trueman

West Springfield – Danielle L. Trueman, 24, died peacefully Wednesday morning.  Danielle was born in Springfield and grew up in West Springfield, graduating from West Springfield High School in 2012.  She worked as a server/bartender for Chili's in West Springfield and more recently at Mario's in East Longmeadow. Danielle loved music and music festivals, especially the Grateful Dead.  She also loved "hula hooping" on the beach and was known for her smile.  She leaves her parents Scott Trueman and Karyn (Rising) Walker; a sister Rachael Trueman; her grandparents Marilyn Rising and Hazen and Beverley Trueman.  She also leaves her aunts and uncles; Scott, Kurt, Addie and Natalie Rising, Gary, Elizabeth, Steven and Laurie Trueman and Carolyn and Harry Savoit as well as many close friends.  Visiting hours will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Monday from 4:00 – 7:00pm.  For more details please visit curranjones.com.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Baystate Children's Hospital, 280 Chestnut Street, Springfield, MA 01199.
