David W. Dunican, Sr., 81, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 7, 2022 in Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer.  Born in Gardner, son of the late Percy and Ruth (Shepardson) Dunican, he lived in Agawam most of his life.  He also lived in Oceanside, CA before recently moving back to Agawam.  He was a graduate of Grossmont High School in El Cajon, CA. David worked for over thirty-five years at Hasbro, retiring as a vice president of engineering. He was a Navy veteran.  He leaves a son, David W. Dunican, Jr. and his wife Kathryn Dunican of Feeding Hills, a brother, Leonard Dunican of New Haven, CT, a sister, Arlene Dugay of Athol, MA, and two grandchildren, Krystle Treadwell and Jason Treadwell. He was predeceased by a daughter, Deborah Treadwell.  All services are private and the AGAWAM CURRAN JONES FUNERAL HOME is in charge.
