Denis J. Boissonneault, 58, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at home. Born in Holyoke, he lived in West Springfield most of his life and was a 1984 graduate of West Springfield High School.  Denis had worked as a tow truck operator for Mascaro Towing, Red's Towing and he also had worked for Valvoline.  He was a navy veteran, having served on the U. S. S. Carl Vinson.  He was an avid race car and NASCAR fan and a fire arms enthusiast.  The family would like to offer a special thank you to his caregiver Ellie Domino. He was predeceased by his father, Aime Boissonneault. He leaves his son, Cory J. Boissonneault of West Springfield, his mother, Louisette (Bernatchez) Boissonneault of West Springfield, two sisters and their husbands, Denise and Raymond Turrini of West Springfield, Nancy and Steven Wheeler of East Longmeadow, three nephews, Mario Turrini, Michael Turrini, Jacob Rice and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Calling hours are Friday from 10am-12noon at Curran Jones Funeral Home, 109 Main Street, West Springfield, followed by a service at 12noon. The burial will be private.
