Donald D. Dionne

1944 – 2020

West Springfield – Donald D. Dionne, 76, died peacefully Sunday at home surrounded by his loving family.  Donald was born and raised in Springfield one of nine children of the late Thomas and Lillian (Stein) Dionne.  He has lived in West Springfield for the past 44 years.  He was a 40-year truck driver for Milton Bradley and B & B Trucking Company in Agawam.  Donald served for the United States Navy from 1962 through 1964.  He leaves his wife of 35 years Royetta (Morris) Dionne; a daughter Dawn Brodsky and her husband Rudy; four stepdaughters; sixteen grandchildren and thirty-two great grandchildren.  A service for Donald will be held at a later date in the Massachusetts Veteran's Memorial Cemetery.  The West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home is handling all arrangements.  For online condolences please visit curranjones.com.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project at www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
