Donna M. (Mazza) Richburg, 70, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at home surrounded by her family.  Born in Springfield, daughter of the late James and Margaret (Long) Mazza, she grew up in Springfield, she moved to West Springfield in 1972, to Agawam in 1991 and she moved back to West Springfield in 2020.  Donna worked as a certified nursing assistant for Riverdale Gardens Nursing Home and most recently as a personal care attendant for the Stavros Center for Independent Living.  She had a love for animals especially for birds, squirrels and her two cats, Piplup and Sasha.  Her husband, Donald E. Richburg died in 2012.  She leaves three sons, James C. and his wife Angie Richburg of Loganville, GA, Timothy J. Richburg of West Springfield, Michael E. and his wife Tina Richburg of Southwick, two brothers, Dominic Mazza of West Springfield, David Mazza of Springfield, five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to a Funeral Mass on Monday at 10:30am at St. John the Evangelist Church, 833 Main Street, Agawam followed by burial in Agawam Center Cemetery.
