Dorothy M. McCarroll

1923-2018

WEST SPRINGFIELD-Dorothy M. (Squire) Menard McCarroll, 94, died Sunday in a local nursing home.  She was born in Montreal, Canada, the daughter of the late Ernest and Alice (Cooch) Squire and has lived in West Springfield for 26 years. She worked at Six Flags in Agawam for over 20 years and served in the WRENS in the Canadian Navy. She was predeceased by her two husbands Alfred Menard and Ernest McCarroll. She leaves a son, William Menard, six grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. Besides her husbands she was predeceased by a daughter Frances Fortier and son Terry Menard. A private burial will be held in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery. For more details please visit curranjones.com.
