It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of Dorothy Marie Murray, 87, on Wednesday, July 15.
Dorothy worked at American Airlines for 29 years in Boston and Hartford as a reservation agent. She was a member of the Third Order Dominican laity at the Mother of God Monastery on Riverdale Street, and a former member of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee.
She leaves her brother William, sisters Petsey and Marilyn, and niece Gabby Schreiber.
Services will be held at Curran-Jones Funeral Home on Monday, July 20 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Thomas the Apostle Church at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21, with burial in St. Thomas Cemetery.
