Eileen (Kane) Hershowitz, 72, of Belvidere Ave died Friday in Baystate Medical Center. Eileen was born in Holyoke and has lived in Feeding Hill most of her life. She worked at various jobs in the area but her most treasured job was being a Grandma. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church in Feeding Hills. Her husband William Hershowitz died in 2012. She leaves her children Steven and his wife Lisa of Palmer, Amy Duquette and her husband David of Agawam and Karen Hershowitz of Agawam and five grandchildren Zachary, Evan and Grace Hershowitz and Corey and Megan Duquette. She also leaves a sister Marilyn Murphy and her husband Edward of West Springfield. The funeral will be held at the Agawam Curran-Jones Funeral Home Tuesday at 9:00am with Liturgy in Sacred Heart Church, Feeding Hills at 10:00am followed by burial in Springfield Street Cemetery.
