Della Torre

Elaine resided in the Willimansett section of Chicopee up until 1968 when she moved to South Hadley. For decades, she volunteered time to help run the annual summer fair and also decorated the altar with Christmas Poinsettias or Easter Lilies donated by the family businesses Westover Greenhouses and Springfield Florist Supply. She cherished spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoyed traveling. Elaine took great pleasure in bedazzling audiences singing in the Dane Kane Christmas Show. Even more than enthusiasm for being in the limelight (not to mention shopping),she considered her greatest accomplishment was the love she gave and received from her seven children, eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
