Eleanor G. Trumbull

1926 – 2019

FEEDING HILLS – Eleanor G. (Foisey) Trumbull, 92, died Saturday in Mercy Medical Center. Eleanor was born in Southwick and has lived in West Springfield and Springfield before moving to Feeding Hills in 1969. She retired in 1975 after 25 years as a bookkeeper at Sears & Roebuck Company. She also worked at the Ames Department Store in Agawam. Her husband Kenneth E. Trumbull died in 1989. Eleanor was one of eleven children. She leaves a brother Roy Foisey; two sisters Shirley Lascala and Delores Pearson and many nieces and nephews.   Besides her husband, Eleanor was predeceased by her brothers Alfred, Robert and Kenneth Foisey and sisters Dorothy Poisson, Elaine Rolandini, Gladys Rolandini and Beatrice Kolodziej. The funeral will be held at the Agawam Curran-Jones Funeral Home Friday at 11:00am followed by burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Chicopee. Visiting hours will be held prior to the funeral home service on Friday from 10:00 – 11:00am. Memorial contributions may be made to Cystic Fibrosis.
