Elizabeth A. Borrette

West Springfield – Elizabeth A. "Betty Ann" (Guevin) Borrette, 82, died peacefully Sunday evening at Baystate Medical Center.  Betty was born in Montpelier, Vermont, daughter of the late Marcel and Alma Guevin.  She has lived in West Springfield since moving here at a young age.  She was a retired Phone Operator for the former New England Telephone Company and a former member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary.  She was predeceased by her husband Larry Borrette.  She leaves her brothers Joseph and Robert Guevin.  She was also predeceased by a sister Theresa Crevier.  A private graveside service was held in St. Thomas Cemetery.  The West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home is handling all arrangements.  For more info and online condolences please visit curranjones.com.  Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
