Eva (Campanini) Fiorini, 98, lived a long life filled with love, compassion, and generosity. Born February 21, 1928, to Angiolina (Govoni) and Pietro Campanini in Springfield, Eva lived her entire life in West Springfield. She graduated from West Springfield High School in 1945, worked as a youngster for her parents' market and later for her mother's business, Angy's Tortellini. Eva was married to T. John Fiorini for 60 years. Eva passed away peacefully at home on September 2. Those who departed before her include her parents, husband, brother Henry "Eno" Campanini, and sister Lydia Campanini. Among the many who will continue to celebrate her life are her daughters and their husbands, Diane and Donald Webb of West Springfield and Jo-Ann and Charles Liebel of Hampden; her grandsons and their spouses Matthew Webb and Ignacio Lopez-Vicuna and Christian and Sara Webb; and her great-granddaughters Kalia and Nalani Webb. She was a beloved aunt and godmother to many in the Campanini and Fiorini families. The family wishes to thank Eva’s therapists Julia and Tim; her health aide Laura; MaryAnne, Sam, Susan, and Julianne of Harmony Hospice; and practitioners Julie Abert and Brittany Chew for the comfort and compassionate care they provided.
