South Hadley-Evan J. Brunelle, 28, died Monday. He was born in Springfield and has lived in South Hadley all of his life. Evan proudly worked for the family business, Brunelle's Marina. He leaves his beloved children Owen And Noah Brunelle, his parents Kathryn and Luke Brunelle Jr. of South Hadley, his grandparents Dorothy Brunelle of Holyoke, Luke Sr. and Josie Brunelle of South Hadley, his sisters Madeleine Brunelle of South Hadley, Tiffany Brunelle-Demers and sister-in-law Candice Brunelle-Demers of Holyoke. He also leaves numerous cousins and dear friends. Evan played football and lacrosse in high school. He loved fishing, boating, hunting, cooking, gardening and hiking with his sisters and the dogs. He enjoyed the demolition derby. Evan was a cool kid with such a good heart and will be missed so much. Calling hours at the Curran-O'Brien Funeral Home, 33 Lamb St., South Hadley are Thursday 4-7 pm. Friends and family may meet Friday at 11 am at St. Patrick's Church for the funeral Mass.
