West Springfield-Floyd E. DeVall Jr., 75, died Friday in the care of his nieces. He was born in Springfield and served in the U.S. Air Force from 1959 to 1963. He worked for H.P. Hood for 21 years. He leaves his wife Barbara (Isaacs) DeVall, two sons, Brian F. DeVall of Alasaka and Eric F. DeVall of Oregon, a daughter Tammy Isaacs of Springfield and 14 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister Joan Demers. The funeral and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
