George R. Perreault, 91, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at home. Born in Holyoke, son of the late George and Anna (Frappier) Perreault, he grew up in South Hadley and was a member of the South Hadley Falls Congregational Church. George was employed by the Town of South Hadley for thirty-one years. After his retirement, he worked for the South Hadley meals on wheels program until 2011. He was an avid fisherman and Red Sox Fan. He leaves his wife of sixty-two years, Dorothy (Adams) Perreault, two daughters and their husbands, Deborah L. and Alan Boissonneault of South Hadley, Pamela L. and Jeff Rys of Ludlow, four granddaughters, Sarah Maxon and her husband Dan and their two children, Sean & Tessa, Rachel Hoague and her husband Larry and their twin daughters, Annabelle & Genevieve, Rebecca Robinson and her husband, Brian and Alexis Boissonneault. He was predeceased by two brothers and four sisters. The funeral and burial will be private. Caling hours are at the Curran-O'Brien Funeral Home, 33 Lamb Street on Sunday from 2-5pm.
