Carol Tedeschi, girlfriend of 17 years, and his two surviving brothers, Paul "Mano" Strycharz and Billy Strycharz, regretfully announce the passing away of George S. Strycharz, 67 years of age, who was currently residing in Butler, Pa., He was born in Westfield, Feb. 14, 1954, the son of Anthony and Sophie (Karona) Strycharz. An avid golfer, he worked in the maintenance department for Oak Ridge Golf Club and later as a chef with the Flying Bridge Restaurant in Falmouth. He is remembered as being kind, funny, quick witted, intelligent and most of all for his selflessness. Anyone that knew him had a story to tell. He was always humble and kind. Besides Carol, Mano, and Billy, George leaves his sister-in-law Melanie Strycharz and was uncle to Anthony and Samantha Strycharz.
