Geraldine M. (Bristol) Chilton, 94, formerly of Elm St., died August 15th in Claremont, NH. She was born in Springfield and moved to West Springfield in 1943 and moved to Claremont several years ago. She was a member of First Congregational Church for over 50 years. Her husband George Chilton died in 2014. She leaves a son Gary Chilton of Meriden, NH, a daughter Linda Fellows and her husband Steve of Cornish, NH, three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. The funeral will be held Saturday Oct. 15, at the First Congregational Church, Park St., West Springfield at 11 am. Calling hours at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home will be Friday Oct. 14 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
