Geraldine B. (Williams) Dumais, 88, died Saturday at Heritage Hall West. She was born in Columbus, Ohio and lived in Germany, Columbus, Morocco and Chicopee before moving to West Springfield in 1966. She was a former member of Beta Sigma Phi. She was predeceased by her husband Alaric J. Dumais in 1992, her son Alaric J. Dumais Jr. in 1970 and her brother Charles Williams. She leaves four daughters Merci Matcheson of Hampton, CT, Renee Sheppard of Roslindale, Cherie Quirici of Westfield and Monique Dumais of West Springfield, two brothers Henry and Peyton Williams, both of Columbus, Ohio and four grandchildren. The funeral service and burial will be in the spring. Calling hours at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home are Friday 4-7 pm.
