Geraldine A. Paier

1926 – 2014

WEST SPRINGFIELD – Geraldine A. (Coyle) Paier, 87, of Angeline Street died Thursday at home surrounded by her loving children. Geraldine was born in West Springfield and was a lifelong resident.  She was an avid golfer, with two holes-in-one, enjoyed playing Bridge and was active in local Senior Center s . Her husband Otto A. Paier Sr. died in 1990. She had a great sense of humor and will be missed by her five children Bonnie McKinney, Janice Gil, Joanne Harris, Otto A. Paier Jr., and David Paier. She also leaves eleven grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.  A private service will be held at the convenience of the family and the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home is handling all arrangements.  Memorial donations may be made to Beacon Hospice, 815 Worcester St, Springfield, MA or to the Eastern States Area Scholarship Fund, P.O.
