1934 – 2010
WEST SPRINGFIELD – Gladys A. (Brow) Gagnon, 76, died Monday surrounded by her loving family in Baystate Medical Center. Gladys was born in Swanton, VT the daughter of Edward and Arietta (Boudreau) Brow and has lived in West Springfield most of her life. She worked for the former Bank of New England and later worked at Ames Department Store. Gladys was a communicant of St. Frances Church. She leaves two daughters Cheryl O'Donnell and Debbie Bourke both of West Springfield; two brothers Robert and Richard Brow; a sister Irene Vogel; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren and her former husband Armand Gagnon. Her son Tom Gagnon died in 2009. A graveside service will be held in St. Thomas Cemetery Thursday at 11:00am. The West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home is handling all arrangements.
