Helen (Wolski) Koceniak, 96, died Monday in Holyoke Medical Center. She was born in South Hadley and lived here all her life. She was predeceased by her husband Mackie Koceniak in 2009. She leaves her Goddaughter Janice Cascone-Kenyon of Leominster, several nieces and nephews including Cheryl Spence and Edwin Wolski of FL and her dear friend Austin Campbell of Chicopee. The funeral will be Monday starting with a calling hour at Curran-O'Brien Funeral Home, 33 Lamb St., South Hadley from 8:30 am to 9:30 am followed by Mass in St. Patrick Church at 10:00 am. Burial will take place in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Patrick Church, 30 Main St., South Hadley, MA 01075.
