WEST SPRINGFIELD-Helen Skazenski, 87, of Fairview Avenue, died Tuesday in Baystate Medical Center. Helen was born in Springfield daughter of the late Anthony and Stella (Kopasky) Skazenski and has lived in West Springfield all her life. She worked at the American Bosch for 38 years. She leaves a niece Joan Bryden of Agawam, a nephew Robert Terenzi of West Springfield and several great nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Saturday at 10:00am followed by burial in St. Thomas Cemetery. For online condolences please visit curranjones.com. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
