FEEDING Hills – Irene (Wapner) Moraczewski, 92, formerly of South West Street died Thursday in a local nursing home. Irene was born in Springfield and has lived in Feeding Hills for the past 50 years. She worked in the office at WICO Electric and enjoyed spending time on the family farm with her late husband, Myron Moraczewski, who died in 1996. She leaves a daughter Diane Faits; a brother Roger Wapner; and two grandchildren Jennifer Mulder and Douglas Faits. Visiting hours for Irene will be held at the Agawam Curran-Jones Funeral Home Sunday from 4:00 – 7:00pm. A private burial will be held in Springfield Street Cemetery.
