Irene L. Vogel
1940 – 2014

WEST SPRINGFIELD – Irene L. (Brow) Vogel, 74, joined her beloved husband Karl on Saturday morning, December 13, 2014. She was a loving, and dedicated woman who would do anything for her family and friends. She will always be loved and greatly missed by her children Connie Karam, Paula Privitera and her husband Steve and Karl Vogel; her grandchildren Tiffany and Tyler Karam and Joshua and Olivia Privitera, her brother Richard Brow and his wife Barbara and many nieces and nephews, including Tammy Ellsworth. Besides her loving husband Karl, who died last August after 54 years of marriage, Irene was predeceased by her brother Robert Brow and sister Gladys Gagnon. The funeral will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Friday at 11:00am with private burial in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
