FEEDING HILLS – Janet M. (Zamperini) Tortoriello, 81, died Wednesday in a local nursing home. Janet was born in Westfield, was educated in St. Mary's School and moved to Feeding Hills in the 1960's. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church in Feeding Hills. Her husband Joseph R. Tortoriello Sr. died in 1997. Janet leaves two sons Joseph R. Jr. of Feeding Hills and Leo F. and his wife Maureen of Connecticut. She also leaves two grandsons Andrew and David. The funeral will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Monday at 9:00am with Liturgy in Sacred Heart Church at 10:00am followed by burial in Springfield Street Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held Sunday from 4:00 – 7:00pm. For more details please visit curranjones.com.
